Secure payment

For us the safety of the User is the most important thing. That is why we only work with the most secure means of payment on the network and all communications with sensitive data are secured using the SSL (Secyre Sockets Layer) certificate.

We work with the Virtual POS of Caixabank based on the Redsys system, which supports payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Citicorp cards.

We also offer the possibility of making payment by Bizum or bank transfer.

In the processing of the purchase process, the User can choose the payment method they prefer.

International shipping and customs policy

For international shipments, orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and import fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The customer, acting as the importer of record, is solely responsible for the payment of any customs-related costs arising from the importation of the products.

Musitekton assumes no responsibility for delays, holds, or additional charges resulting from customs procedures, as these are exclusively managed and determined by the competent authorities of the destination country.
