The materials used in these strings follow the lines of the Il Cannone but the core of the new Direct & Focused has been created with a new method, which gives them unique characteristics, offering a sound with a wide range of tonal nuances.

In these sets, the A, D, and G strings are made with the new formula. The current E string is identical to the standard Il Cannone sets, although the new 0.28 variant has proven to perform excellently in combination with Direct & Focused strings on numerous violins.
