On the Musitekton website we have a wide catalog of original products from brands selected for their proven quality, experience and manufacturing guarantee. We offer instruments and accessories adapted to all levels and budgets, as well as restored and author old instruments.

Each instrument is carefully reviewed by luthier Josep Saguer, who makes its setup. This consists of checking, adjusting and replacing different parts and accessories of the instrument. This operation is essential to obtain the maximum performance and satisfy the demands of the most demanding students and professionals.

Throughout the purchasing process we are at the User's disposal to give the necessary advice to make a correct choice, as well as for the proper maintenance and conservation of the chosen items. Likewise, in our physical store on street Sant Pere Més Alt 68 bajos in Barcelona we offer advice, maintenance, repair and restoration of instruments.

Once the purchase has been made, the User will receive an invoice identifying both the customer and the products purchased. This document must be kept in case it is necessary to process any type of claim. Musitekton reserves the right to cancel an order, conveniently informing the customer and proceeding to refund the amount of the order.

Right of withdrawal

The User has the right of withdrawal on the purchase made through this website and may request its return within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) natural days from receipt of the product. To do this, you must send an email to the address info@musitekton.com indicating the order number and the items for which the return is requested. The User will have a maximum period of seven (7) days to return the product once the company has indicated the way in which to proceed for said return.

Once the articles object of the withdrawal have been received, the company will check that they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging to proceed with their reimbursement, which will be made through the payment method used by the User in his order. The return shipping costs will be borne by the User, unless the item sent was found to be in a defective state, in which case the shipping costs will be assumed by the company. In case of defective products, the company will proceed to its repair or replacement without implying any additional cost for the user.

In the case of products with a specific manufacturer's guarantee, it is essential to keep the purchase invoice in order to proceed with your claim within the terms established in each case. If the product has been subject to incorrect or negligent use by the User, or has been repaired by a third party once delivered, this warranty will be void.
