Pirastro Tonica Viola strings

Tonica strings have a core made of nylon. They produce a lively and full sound, perfectly balanced on all four strings. They respond instantly to any style of bow playing, rewarding player and listener with an open, direct sound. They give the player a sensitive feeling in the left hand, and are very easy to play, even on the highest notes. They have great projection, brightness, and warmth. They are easy to articulate with the right hand in the tone attack. They are insensitive to variations in temperature and humidity.
