Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Gold Cello strings

The first and second strings have a high tensile strength steel core and are wound with precision chrome plated steel wire. The third and fourth strings have a specially designed steel core and are wound with high quality tungsten. The sound is elegant, clear, full, and with character. These steel strings provide a variety of harmonics, with great projection, and without any metallic harshness. They are extremely sensitive and react quickly, even with light bow pressure when playing. Each of these strings has its own individual character, and at the same time, their interaction creates a wonderfully harmonious whole.
